Why Pepsi’s Commercial with Kendall Jenner May Go Down As The Worst Ever

The Pepsi commercial had an opportunity to take a serious and sensitive movement, and support it. Instead, they created a highly polarizing ad, featuring Kendall Jenner, and possibly the worst Pepsi commercial since Michael Jackson’s hair went up in flames.

It should go without saying, that in the world of advertising, you just can’t capitalize on certain current events or issues. This was one of those times. Maybe if the creative was different, this commercial would not have been such a disaster. Reality isn’t kind and the Internet doesn’t forget.
