Your Account Manager will collect all of your business information in preparation for an initial call with you. The team will review your GMB listing and email you within the next 3 business days to schedule a 30-minute call to review their initial findings and launch your campaign.
Our monthly service fully manages your profile so you don’t have to. Weekly posts, answering questions, adding products and services, responding to reviews. All so you can focus on delivering excellent customer service and growing your business.
No. Despite the first month requiring more planning, work and hours to get your profile in great shape, we don’t charge extra. It’s our goal to drive more revenue. That’s our main focus.
Our service cannot be offered to any businesses that are ineligible for Google My Business, including businesses that do not make in-person contact with customers during the stated hours at the stated location, businesses using virtual offices, PO boxes, UPS centers, rental properties, and ongoing services, classes or meetings in a location you don’t have the authority to represent. If you have a question about eligibility, please let us know and we’ll be more than happy to answer your questions.
Yes. There’s no obligation to remain subscribed to this service for a set time frame, however, to really benefit we highly recommend a minimum of 3 months to give the effort enough time to show growth.
If you choose to cancel after the first month, we finish out the planned work for that month and that’s it. We don’t access your profile as an Owner, but as a Manager. You stay the Primary Owner and have full control over the profile after we stop work.
If you have more than one location for us to optimize, you get a 10% discount for the second and any additional locations.
