Despite longstanding success and solid industry leadership, VSC Fire & Security had been slow to update their marketing presence in way that takes advantage of the latest digital marketing strategy.

We learned as much about VSC Fire & Security’s business, services and marketing history as we could. We gave considerable attention to who their customers are, as well as who they want them to be.
Audit, Analysis & Strategy Development
We reviewed the past marketing campaigns and available collateral. A plan was created to update the look and feel of the company, while providing added usability for customers through technology.
Launch & Execution
Once the prep work was completed, we got to work redesigning their existing website, complete with new photography and some functional improvements. Essential to the upgrade was a customer portal giving existing customers 24/7 access to their important documents and reports. A new email template was created to share the news and stay in touch by providing useful tips and company info on a regular basis.
